Prospective authors are cordially invited to submit up to one page abstract before 20th July 2015. After notification of acceptance the authors will be asked to prepare a full paper version. The deadline for sending full paper versions, both in DOC (DOCX) and PDF electronic format, is 15th October 2015. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
Abstract submission

The abstract limit is one page but must contain at least 400 words in English. The abstract should explain clearly the content and relevance of the paper. Authors should submit their abstracts electronically to the online submission system. The abstract submission deadline is 20th July 2015.
Submission of an abstract will be taken to imply that it represents an original work and that it has not been previously published or considered elsewhere for publication. Notification of acceptance will be given to the corresponding author by 01st August 2015.
FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors of abstracts that are accepted for inclusion in ICERS12 will be asked to submit a full paper version. Submission should contain the manuscript and cover letter. Editable files (e.g. MSWord) are required to typeset a manuscript for final publication. Authors are fully responsible for the content/originality of the manuscript. It is possible to download full paper template with the link given below.
Authors should submit their manuscripts together with the cover letter directly to the head of conference secretary with an email (Assist. Prof. Dr. Kadir CICEK; cicekk@itu.edu.tr). Also, all correspondence, including notification on the submission decision and request for revision, is sent by e-mail.
